Just like any healthy garden, websites have bugs too! If you notice a missed email, a page that makes you “stuck”, an image that does not load, or something unexpected, you might have spotted a bug!
There are some common bugs that can usually be rectified easily. We will list the issue and common fix to try first here:
- Did not receive an email – Please first check your spam folder before reporting this bug!
- Can’t find the link on my mobile device – Please check the “hamburger” menu. It looks like 3 straight lines on top of eachother (usually in the upper left or right). Once you press that, the menu should appear.
- The text is too small to read – We try to make the text look good for all devices but there are literally thousands of devices and browsers, so if you are having this issue, please open a ticket and tell us what kind of device you were using at the time EXAMPLE: (i was on my mac laptop, windows desktop, iphone etc) and what browser that device was using. EXAMPLE: (Browsers are things like Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox.)
