Mel's Tomato Tower

Almost 6' tall made out of sturdy galvanized steel.  These Tomato Towers have heavy-duty reinforced steel ground rods that allow you to use the Tomato Tower as a stand alone or against a wall or fence.  Harvest over 100 pounds of Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Squash, Melons, even Pumpkins from each tower.

Mel's Mix

The Mel's Mix comes in 4 cu ft bags and boxed for shipping. We've mixed this ourselves from peat moss, coarse vermiculite and the best blended compost we could find (actually from 12 different ingredients). We think you'll like it very much. It sells for $26.95 per four cubic foot batch. Shipping costs will be determined by your time zone.

Nylon Netting

THIS IS THE ONLY THING MEL USES NOW!

Fits a standard 4-ft wide SFG Tomato Tower/vertical frame (See page 155 in the ALL NEW SFG book).  Holds 4 tomato plants or any combination of peas, beans, tomatoes, melons or squash.  Netting is over 4 feet wide and comes in any length you want.  Big 7-inch by 7-inch openings are easy to reach through to pick those big luscious tomatoes.  Long-lasting, won’t rot or break.
